“Every catastrophe begins carelessly.”
 
In June 2022, China Resources Land unveiled its first high-end shopping center, MIXC, in Hainan, marking a significant milestone. To establish this venue as a city-level art and commercial space, we were honored to be invited to create an immersive 3D autostereoscopic video centered on marine conservation.

Our inspiration stemmed from documentaries highlighting the devastating impact of plastic pollution on our oceans. To vividly depict the escalating threat of plastics to marine ecosystems and species, we employed C4D and AR technology to craft a poignant scene: a whale ensnared in a plastic container. The video portrays the whale's futile struggle to break free, a powerful metaphor for the urgent environmental crisis facing our oceans. This project not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of MIXC but also serves as a compelling call to action for marine protection.
